"Alec and Brian were very helpful! My front tire was bent and I arrived 1 hour before they closed and they quoted me appropriately and gave me a great timeline on when my bike would be done. Absolutely charismatic gentlemen with superb customer service skills. Brian made me feel like I was taken care of, in my emergency."

"Went to a bike shop in grosse pointe well known_The guy couldn’t even get my lug nut off ,_Wanted to sell me a new bike ,_Drove down the road to where I use to take my kids bikes to fix when they were little ._Place still there_Brian the owner took his time , went through the whole bike , and even explained the maintenance to me !!_Awesome experience! Felt like the old days 🥰_A man whistling and talking while he worked ,_My old bike works perfect!!!_Will be back 💕"
